Only half of success is created through doing a good job well. Actually, half is a tad optimistic. Most of us stumble for a while before figuring out that things like relationship building and collaboration are critical to get right. So many of us stumble. I’ve fallen flat on my face, run headlong into brick walls that I didn’t see, and gotten back up to try again and learn what the heck happened.

Luckily, plenty of folks who have found their feet after falling into their own sinkholes are eager to pass on their hard earned lessons. After 20 years in technology and design, I’m concentrating on sharing what I’ve learned so that others have a fewer bumps in their road. Through coaching, strategic consulting, and public speaking, I guide people through the messy dimensions of problem solving that tend to trip up even the smartest people in the room.
